Approach to Therapy
Cait follows a very flexible therapeutic style. She implements various techniques from several theories depending on the client, the challenges they are facing, and their individual needs. Her approach focuses on providing a supportive, nonjudgmental and validating atmosphere. Cait has a well-rounded approach to mental health.

Her goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Ideally, therapy is a place to feel safe. If you can’t trust the person you’re speaking to, it’s incredibly difficult to dive into the challenges you face. Drawing on humanistic theory, she has developed the tools needed to create an environment of validation and action.
